Practice Policies
- All swimmers should bring a swim cap, 2 pairs of goggles, and a full water bottle to practice
- Sharks & Barracudas level swimmers should bring equipment to all practices
- Please attend the correct swim group
Swim groups:
Guppies
Can’t swim 25 meters unaided
Minnows
Can swim 25 meter unaided
Don't know all the strokes
Tetras
All minnow group plus
Know all the 4 strokes
Dolphins
All tetras group plus
50’s on 1:30 interval
Barracudas
All tetras group plus
50’s on 1:15 interval
Sharks
All dolphins group plus
50 on 1:00 interval
