Good evening Piranha Parents!

I hope this email finds you safe, dry, and with no damage from the storm. It is always unfortunate when a meet has to be postponed, but I guess we just can't fight Mother Nature. 

Per TSA rules, we will reconvene tomorrow evening to conclude our meet. Because we did not conclude all events through breaststroke, we must continue the meet. Warm-ups will be at 5:00 and we will pick up where we left off at 6:00 pm. As long as the weather is good, we will swim all events, main events and exhibition heats. If we have severe weather prior to the completion of backstroke events tomorrow, the meet will be called a tie and will not be rescheduled.

It is understandable that your swimmer's availability may change for tomorrow night. If so, please complete this form no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday. This also includes swimmers who were not there tonight but do want to swim tomorrow night. If your swimmer's status is not changing, there is nothing you need to do. 

If you were a volunteer tonight and are not available tomorrow, please complete this form no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday. Volunteers who work both nights will receive DOUBLE points! If you were not signed up to volunteer Tuesday, but can help out Wednesday, please also complete the form.
