| 13-14 15-18 | 5:00 pm | 5:50 pm |
Participation in the meet is encouraged and free for families. If your child will participate in the meet, please declare their intent in SwimTopia to attend no later than 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 10. Our final entries are due to TSA at 5:00 pm that same day.
Volunteers
Each team will be allowed up to 2 kid pushers for Session 1 & 2 each to assist swimmers getting to the Clerk of Course. Each team is required to provide a Stroke & Turn official for at least 2 sessions.
Teams are expected to provide other volunteers based on the size of your team participating. All TSA teams (participating or not) are asked to provide donations to Hospitality. Volunteer Link: Donation and Volunteer Signup
Rules
TSA Rules will be in effect for this meet for strokes, turns, starts, and finishes. Starts will be initiated by both whistle and voice commands and all finishes will be determined by time (an automatic timing system will be used, with appropriate backup timing available.) All DQs will be the final decision of the Meet Referee. TSA rules apply to all events with the exception that 6 & Unders will swim 25-yard length of the pool. Please use 25-yard time approximation for ALL participating 6 & Under events.
Coaches are expected to closely supervise their swimmers at all times. Running and horseplay will not be allowed. Coaches/Kid Pushers will be responsible for bringing all 10 & Under swimmers to the starting blocks for relays and to Clerk of Course for individual events.
Eligibility
Swimmers must be members of an invited TSA member club in order to participate in this meet. Entry Limits Swimmers may swim in a maximum of three (3) individual events and two (2) relays (1 Free & 1 Medley), except for 6 & Unders, who are limited to a maximum of two (2) individual events and two (2) relays. Each team is eligible to enter three (3) relay teams per relay event, but only one (1) may score.
Swimmers must swim in the age group that they were in as of June 1, 2024 for individual events. Swimmers may “swim up” for relays as stated in the TSA rules. The TSA Championship meet is open to all swimmers in the league, regardless of whether their team chooses to participate as a team.
A waiver needs to be completed for all swimmers participating in the meet: Waiver
