Good evening Piranha Parents!

Please join me in congratulating LifeTime Raleigh on their victory last night 265-197! Even though we did not win, there is much to celebrate!

First, BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO GRADY GOSPODAREK!! Grady broke the Team Record for the Men's 50 Meter Butterfly with a time of 27.09! The previous record was 27.28 and set by Oak Park legend Grant Johnston in 1991. Way to go Grady!

Also, congratulations go out to our high scorers who each scored 15 points for our team by winning 3 individual events:

Miles McQuiggan - 9-10 Boys

Olivia McMillan - 11-12 Girls

Mason Livengood - 11-12 Boys

June Gospodarek - 13-14 Girls

Jackson March - 15-18 Boys

HUGE THANKS to all of our volunteers last night! Without you, swim meets would not be possible. Special shout-out to our Volunteer of the Week, Scott McQuiggan! Scott is taking over the role of Meet Administrator this year and has "jumped in" with both feet! We appreciate his leadership and commitment to this role. 

Our next meet is at home versus Black Horse Run next Tuesday, June 18, at 6:00 pm. If you have not yet declared your swimmers' attendance, please remember to do so by Saturday night.
