The TSA Meet will be held on Sunday, July 23. Meet declaration is now open. Please go to our SwimTopia website and indicate whether your child will attend. 10&U Swimmers will swim in the morning and 11&Up in the afternoon. The deadline is Monday, July 15, at 5:00 pm. 

Late Entries & Changes: Late entries and/or substitutions may be accepted after the entry deadline but ONLY in the first heat/empty lanes and up to 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Meet Director. Double entry fees will be charged for any late entries, including substitutions or changes, which occur after 5:00 pm on Monday, July 17th and before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 19th. NO LATE ENTRIES OR SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF THE MEET. 

Entry Fees: 

• Individual Fees: $6.00 per individual event 
• Relay Fee: $10.00 per relay event ($2.50 per Swimmer) 
• Swimmer Fee: $10.00 per swimmer 
• * * Swimmers who only are swimming on relays are also subject to the $10.00 swimmer fee as a team member. They must be entered as an athlete on the team’s entry. Entry fees are non-refundable. This meet will be run rain or shine. Pool management will make all decisions concerning inclement weather. 

Awards: 

• Medals: 1st-8th place individual events 
• 1st-3rd place relays 
• Ribbons: 9th-16th place individual events and 4th-8th place relays 
• Individual awards will be presented for age groups: 6 & U, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18 
• High Point awards will be given to the female and male of each age group: 6 & U, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14 and 15-18 
• The Championship Trophy (traveling) and Team Trophy will be presented to the top-scoring team.
