Meet Tomorrow at Crabtree

Piranha Parents,
Below is the information Crabtree has shared with us regarding tomorrow evening’s swim meet. Our warm up will be from 5:30-6:00. Please have your swimmer arrive by 5:15.
Thank you to those who have volunteered to help with the event! Please check in with Tricia Wendel when you arrive at the pool.

Location
3305 Fairhill Dr. Raleigh, NC 27612 Map ParkingOur team families park on the street and walk down to the pool. We save the gravel parking lot for our visiting team. There is some additional parking on the grass up the hill from our pool.
Set Up at Pool
When you enter the pool, your team’s designated area is behind our diving board. Some tables and lounges will be available there. Poolside seats will be available for each team, but seating is limited, so you are encouraged to bring chairs.
Pool
We have a 6-lane pool with semi-permanent lights. The corners of our pool are rounded so we place a marker on the straightest part for the swimmers to touch.
Warm Ups
Your team warm ups will begin at 5:30pm.
Timing
We're using paper and stopwatches for timing this season.
Officials Meeting
Concessions
The officials meeting (for volunteers other than the Clerks of Course) will be held at 5:45pm near the entrance to the bathrooms. (In particular, I think the OOF Judges should meet and coordinate how they'll fill out the Place Judge form on scoring heats.) Additionally, let's plan on a Clerk of Course meeting on Tuesday at 5:15pm to go over any deck changes.
Concessions
We will have pizza, snacks, candy, and drinks for sale (cash or credit cards accepted). You are welcome to bring your own coolers as well.
Extra Heats
Mostly in the interest of time, we do not plan to allow the 6 and Unders to swim a butterfly heat.
