Volunteer of the Week

Many thanks to everyone who volunteered at last night's meet! It really does take a village to make a meet happen. We want to highlight Dave McBrayer as this week's Volunteer of the Week! Dave did a tremendous job in the Starter/Announcer role last night, a high-pressure position! He didn't miss a beat and as he kept the meet moving (yes, even finishing early!), promoted our sponsors, and kept us informed. Thank you and well done, Dave!

Looking Ahead

Our next meet is Tuesday, June 20, at Lifetime Athletic Raleigh. As the visiting team, we will warm-up at 5:30. The meet will begin at 6:00 pm. Parents MUST declare their swimmer's intent to participate no later than midnight on Saturday, June 17. If a swimmer is not declared, they will NOT BE ENTERED IN THE MEET. Please double-check your swimmer's declarations to ensure accuracy, as making changes once the meet has been seeded is cumbersome and stressful. 

Also, there are several volunteer positions still open for next Tuesday's meet. We need three more timers and some other positions as well. You can find access to Meet Declarations and Job Sign-Up on our SwimTopia website.
