Amazing time drops

Additionally, we saw LOTS of swimmers drop time. We often talk about the most important race being your race against yourself and your own best time. It’s amazing to see such huge drops, and our swimmers were also proud of themselves

Coaches’ note: When we encourage you to come to TSA next year, this is why! Racing kids who are the same speed in a fast pool is a great way to get times that show all the hard work you’ve done this season!

Combined, our team dropped 36.92 seconds at the TSA meet from their best times!! Go Piranhas! Here are the Piranhas that dropped more than a second in their events at the meet:

Annabelle Swenson

*the biggest loser, by far

- 5.64 in 25 breaststroke

- 9.57 in 25 butterfly

Miles McQuiggan

-1.14 in 25 Free

-1.33 in 25 Back

-3.40 in 25 Fly

Drew Gospodarek

-1.02 in 25 Fly

Olivia McMillan

-1.32 in 25 Breaststroke

June Gospodarek

-2.05 in 50 Breaststroke

Emeline Swenson

-1.46 in 50 Free

-2.96 in 50 Breaststroke

Jackson March

-1.65 in 50 Breaststroke

Thank you so much to all of the parents who made our meet this weekend possible. Speaking for the coaches, we were so impressed with your kids and had a blast watching them crush it - every single one of them!

See y'all Saturday at the Banquet!
