Good evening Piranha Parents! Below is information you may find helpful for our AWAY meet at Banbury Woods/Hunter's Landing tomorrow evening.

1. Location and Arrival - The pool is located at 1417 Shadowview Court, Raleigh NC 27614. Please have your swimmer on deck no later than 5:15 for warm-up at 5:30. The meet will begin at 6:00 pm. The pool has 4 lanes and a relatively small deck. OPK will congregate to the right of the pool entrance under/around the pergola near the concession stand. The home team will occupy the other, narrower side of the pool.

2. Parking - The home team will park further away from the pool to allow our families to park in the pool's parking area, so when you see car's parked along the open field, don't assume there is no parking close to the pool. There will be parking attendants to help with parking so proceed to the end of the cul-de-sac and seek assistance, if necessary. Please do not park on neighbors lawns (there will be flags indicating the areas to keep off, but please keep off any lawn that is in front of a house). You can park on the grass along the open field, but watch that you don't get stuck - there are some steep/slippery areas. Please do not leave valuables in your car. They will have attendants monitoring the cars in shifts during the meet, but having valuables out of sight or out of the car entirely is a good first step in preventing potential break-ins.

3. Concessions - The concession stand will be offering pizza (whole-$12; slice-$2.50), hot dogs ($2), and shaved ice cones, water, Gatorade, fruit snacks, and candy. If you would like to pre-order a whole pizza, and pre-pay a reduced price, please use this link. 

4. Volunteers - If you are volunteering at this meet, please check in with Tricia Wendel as soon as you arrive. Timers, we will be using stopwatches to time this meet. There will be a meeting for judges and timers on deck at 5:50 pm.
