Dear parents,

Our first swim meet is only a week away and we need to hear from each of you regarding your child’s availability for the meet by Saturday! Using our new website, you can let us know whether or not you are available for the meet. It only takes a few minutes, and you must complete this task by Saturday, June 11 at 11:30 pm. The coaches will then make the line up and submit it Sunday evening to the other team, when it will be locked. If you don’t let us know your availability, your child will not be put in the line up and will not swim. Please see below for instructions for how to share this information with us.

If something comes up that your child cannot attend - say, they get sick - and it’s after the deadline, please email us!
