Swim practices

Starting this week coaches will no longer be in the water for the 6:00-7:00 swim practice. If your swimmer is not yet comfortable swimming independently and/or can not swim 25 meters unaided at this point in the season, they should come to practice at 5:30. Swimmers who haven’t swam since last summer often need a week or so to feel comfortable again in the water. We will bump them up as we go! 

Please make sure your swimmer brings a water bottle to practice with them every single time! This should be brought to the side of the pool for easy access. Swimmers coming to Dolphins-Sharks practices should also bring their equipment bags if they have them.
